We can change the terms of this notice, and the changes will apply to all information we have about you. The new notice will be available upon request, on our website, and we will email or mail a copy to you.
- Effective Date of Notice
This Notice of Privacy Practice became effective as of July 1st, 2023 and has been updated as of February 1st 2024. Hello ABA will abide by and may change the terms of this Notice at any time. Hello ABA may, at its discretion, make the new terms effective for all PHI in our possession, including any PHI created or received before the new notice is issued via email.
